Recommended Usage: For Adults and children 12 years of age or older: 1 provided scoop 1-2 times daily. Gradually increase fiber intake.

Method of Use: Dissolve contents of one scoop (4.5 g) gradually in 250 to 350 ml of water and stir for 30 seconds. And consume straight after lunch or dinner, ideally with your largest meal.
